What is Polyglass?: What is Polyglass? Polyglass is a cone technology exclusive to Focal and made ‘in-house’. We use a paper cone as the base due to its excellent mechanical properties - high strength to weight ratio and high internal damping. We coat the paper cone with a film of glue and then a fine coating of hollow glass spheres is applied.
