Outcomes process should be efficient, predictable, and sensitive to student needs. The outcomes assessment process should treat both native and transfer students equitably Faculty role in developing and maintaining SLOs must be respected; Principles of Good Practice for Transfer and Articulation:  Principles of Good Practice for Transfer and Articulation SLOs should reinforce the respective missions of associate and baccalaureate institutions Assessment process should provide for the resolution of any disagreements as expeditiously as possible, and the resolution should avoid placing an undue burden on students Revisions to existing agreements should occur in a timely fashion, using consultative and collegial processes
