Needs Assessment: Needs Assessment Cross Creek will improve core academic instruction of the Common Core Georgia Performance Standards (CCGPS: Cross will increase the number of students missing fewer than 15 days from 92% in 2013 to 94% in 2014, to 96% in 2015, then to 97% in 2016 Cross Creek will reduce discipline referrals from an average of 3.53 a day in 2012-2013 to 2 days in 2014. Technology is also another component that is growing rapidly with the teachers. These and other resources will help increase student learning and reduce student retention.
