CDI focused Training IT Technical & User Skills Training Management Training e-sy Skills Programme Jigsaw:  Supports high growth sector businesses who are taking on new staff - Creating New Jobs For the Employer Wage Subsidy Help with Recruitment For the Jobseeker Paid Employment Training Target – 2,350 Jigsaw placements into new jobs 571 Jigsaw Placements achieved to date – 258 CDI, 313 other High Growth Businesses 308 businesses supported – 289 SMEs, 19 large companies 166 CDI businesses,142 other high growth sector businesses Jigsaw Jigsaw Process:  Jigsaw Process Local Brokers Trainee Job Interview Guarantee Job Matching & Interviews Managing Agent - TRC Employer Engagement & Support Recruitment & Induction Commitment from the Business :  Commitment from the Business The Jigsaw job is a permanent position Agrees a training plan with the Jigsaw Trainee Contributes to the wage and training costs The business employs the Jigsaw Trainee on a temporary contract of employment for 6 months Gives the Job Interview Guarantee Feedback:  Feedback EKOS Evaluation 100% of employers would recommend another company to participate in JIGSAW. 95% reported that they would be willing to recruit another JIGSAW beneficiary. 77% stated that it was likely that they would offer a job to trainee at end of placement.
