Enhancement of port facilities Environmental remediation Grants and tax credits for renovation and construction of historic buildings in historic neighborhoods Crescent City Rebuilding Corporation:  Crescent City Rebuilding Corporation Established by state legislation Powers: to be discussed later in presentation 7 to 15 member board Appointed by President, Governor, Mayor, City Council No single
