Manning levels minimised to cover core functions. It has 2.4 Mt of stockpile capacity Gladstone is operated by the Gladstone Port Authority, a statutory authority RG Tanna Coal Terminal has 2 berths, 2 shiploaders and a current capacity of 35 Mtpa. It has 3.5 Mt of stockpile capacity Barney Point Coal Terminal has a single berth and shiploader with a capacity of 5mtpa. It has 0.5Mt stockpile capacity.
