PowerPoint Presentation: Preparation of easy fast American sweets Hey friends this is George from directsweets.co.uk and today I am going to tell you how to make easy and fast one of my favorite and popular American sweets chocolate desert that’s chocolate mousse. First take a bowl and put some roughly chopped dark chocolate and cream and melt the both in the microwave to have a mixture ready, after that take the bowl out and wisp the melted mixture till there are no lumps left in the mixture. Leave it to cool down for about 6 to 8 minutes and by the time the mixture is cooling take some chocolate cookies and grind them in the grinder, after add some melted butter near about 1 and 1 ½ tea spoon and mix the powder well then take the glass and put the powder in the bottom of the glass and make a thin layer of it and then keep it in the freezer and set it for 5 minutes. Now take ¾ tea spoon of gelatin powder in 2 table spoon of water for atleast five minutes and let it soak properly then add the soak gelatin into the chocolate and if you want then you can also add ceramal syrup into it but if you don’t have ceramal syrup you can use any other flavoring or even make it plain. Then wisp the mixture little bit and keep the mixture in refrigerator for atleast 8 to 10 minutes after the chocolate is cooled down properly we will mix the wisp cream near about one cup and very carefully fold it in the chocolate till there is no lumps of the cream left and fill it in the glasses and garnish it with some fruits, berries or chocolate chip whatever you have and put the moose in refrigerator till you serve.
