13. o Most nationalities can apply for the visa online o For most European nationalities the fee is NZ$ 270 (~ 160 EUR). o Usually the processing time is approximately 20-34 days GETTING A STUDENT VISA FOR NEW ZEALAND o Fee-Paying Student Visa is granted usually as eVISA and for the duration of the semester. o If a student wants to continue studies in NZ, possible to apply for a new visa there Summer term: Visitor visa is possible for some nationalities

ACCOMMODATION IN PALMERSTON NORTH HOMESTAY o Approximately NZ$ 5660 (~3400 EUR ) per semester o The fee includes 3 meals per day ON-CAMPUS ACCOMMODATION o 10 halls of residence on site, each hall has 45-50 rooms. All rooms are subject to availability o Small private room: ~ NZ$ 5000 (~3000 EUR) per semester (4 months) o Large private room ~NZ$ 5330 (3200 EUR) per semester (4 months) o 3 meals per day o Common rooms, kitchen, laundry and recycling station is included as well as bike and car parking o Small shop and bar on campus. Supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants only a five-minute walk away. You can indicate your preferred accommodation option in the Asia Exchange application form. OFF-CAMPUS ACCOMMODATION o Usually room in a shared flat o Students arrange themselves
